Return to Route 29 and turn Left, heading north. Proceed 7.9 miles and look for the parking area on the Left. Map
The site is open dawn to dusk for launching a boat or wildlife watching.
| |  Ample parking and access to a wide, slow part of the Delaware River make this a favorite spot for anglers. Striped bass, American shad, channel catfish and largemouth bass are some of the species sought by anglers throughout the year. Scan the river edge for wildlife and gaze skyward for passing raptors, such as Bald Eagle, Red-tailed Hawk and Northern Goshawk.
