Trail Guides

This trail winds through the center of Warren County beginning with the trout hatchery, where visitors learn about a trout’s life cycle and hike the trails of the adjacent Wildlife Management Area (WMA). From there enjoy the preserved lands of NJ Audubon’s sanctuary, the pristine waters of a mountain lake and a restored riparian habitat. Take the opportunity to explore the fields and woodlands of various WMAs. Visit county Green Acres properties and end at the well-known preserved grasslands to the south.
